About Us
Who We Are
From Protecting Borders to Protecting Soil
Salvia Eco Agri Farm was founded by army officers who became earth stewards. It is a retreat, a sanctuary, and a movement in the making. We care for the land as fiercely as we once protected the nation. Each seed planted, each visitor welcomed and each harvest made serves one purpose: to heal, to restore and to reconnect.
In the calm landscapes of South India, Salvia is a living ecosystem where Nature, science and people work together. Built on the discipline of the armed forces and guided by environmental practice, our work began with a mission to renew balance between humanity and the earth through regenerative, chemical free farming.
The name Salvia comes from the Latin salvere, meaning to save and to heal. It reflects our commitment to soil, to species and to food that sustains life with integrity.

Our Way of Working with Nature
Observe & Respect Nature
We begin by listening to the land its rhythm, soil, and seasons to grow in harmony with nature.
Restore & Regenerate
Before planting, we revive the soil through composting and biodiversity restoration.
Grow & Nourish
We cultivate chemical-free crops using sustainable and regenerative methods.
Share & Sustain
Our harvest reaches communities through eco-retreats, education, and FMCG products.
What We Stand For
Our Philosophy The Circle of Life
Nature at the Core
We build every system around living soil and thriving species. We use composting, rainwater harvesting and solar power to keep the farm aligned with nature.
Fairness and Local Empowerment
We partner with local farmers, offering training, fair wages and shared benefits. Every success is shared.
Compassion and Co-existence
We maintain habitats for wildlife and support our neighbouring cow rescue centre. These actions strengthen soil and reflect our duty of care to all living beings.
Innovation Rooted in Integrity
We practise vertical soil farming and food forest systems to grow more food without clearing land or harming ecosystems. Every harvest shows our commitment to ecological health.
Our Projects & Initiatives
Where Purpose Takes Root
Every project at Salvia is a step toward ecological balance and sustainable living.
Food Forest – Vertical Farming Project
Creating edible ecosystems that regenerate the soil while feeding future generations.
